Healthcare Platform — Patient Scheduling & EHR Integration

A US-based digital health startup needed to scale their engineering team to build a patient scheduling platform integrated with two existing EHR systems. Their internal team of 3 had the product vision but lacked backend and

integration capacity.

We provided 4 Python/Django engineers and 2 QA specialists who embedded directly into the client's sprint workflow. Our engineers designed the HL7 FHIR integration layer, built a HIPAA-compliant appointment management API, and

implemented a real-time notification service using Django Channels and Redis.

The result was a platform that reduced scheduling admin time by 60%, integrated cleanly with both EHR systems, and passed a full HIPAA security audit. The client grew from 3 to 12 clinics using the platform within the first year of launch.
